We’re based in Poole and cover all surrounding areas including Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne, Ferndown, and the New Forest . If you’re slightly further out, just ask — we often travel for larger jobs or full-day bookings.

Are you insured and licensed?

Absolutely. Rotherwood Gardening is fully insured for gardening, exterior cleaning, and van work. We also hold a Waste Carrier Licence with the Environment Agency, so all garden waste and materials are disposed of safely and legally.

What are your working hours and availability?

We work Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm by appointment . Evening slots are ideal for homeowners who work during the day, and we’re happy to adjust timings during busy periods or shorter daylight hours.

How does payment work?

We accept bank transfer, cash, or card payments once the job is complete. Invoices and receipts are available for all work, including landlords and small businesses. Regular customers can also arrange ongoing maintenance plans with flexible payment options.

What happens in bad weather or with waste removal?

Light rain usually isn’t an issue, but heavy rain or strong winds may delay outdoor work for safety. If we need to reschedule, we’ll contact you promptly and find the soonest available date. All garden waste, leaves, trimmings, and debris are removed and disposed of responsibly as part of the service unless you prefer to handle disposal yourself.
